WARREN R. TRAZENFELD, ESQ. graduated from the University of Florida School of Law in 1980 after receiving his bachelorโs of science degree in management, with high distinction, from Babson College in 1977. The focus of his civil trial practice is suing negligent attorneys and accountants. Mr. Trazenfeld authored articles in the January 1995 edition of The Florida Bar Journal entitled โLegal Malpractice: A Framework for Assessing Potential Claimsโ and the Fall 2002 Nova Law Review entitled โLegal Malpractice in Floridaโ and has spoken on the topic of legal malpractice at numerous seminars and conferences. He is a co-author of the treatise entitled โFlorida Legal Malpractice Lawโ. In every edition since 1999, the South Florida Legal Guide has named Mr. Trazenfeld as one of South Floridaโs best lawyers. He has also been selected as one of The Best Lawyers in America in the area of legal malpractice since 2005 and is board certified in legal malpractice by The American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys.
